If your institution offers learning programs or has expertise in economic and social development issues, we invite you to consider offering your knowledge and programs in the Network. The requirements to enter the Network as a content provider are:

	A program that is responsive to the Region’s needs Programs offered through the Network must be responsive to the Region’s needs, as indicated in the program for work by sectors. To learn about the work sector needs, please visit our page on “Work Sectors”.
	Language Spanish and Portuguese are the languages in which programs and activities are delivered through the Network. If your institution has programs that you would like to offer through the Network that are not in those languages, you must include simultaneous interpretation services in the offer.
	Mode The added value that the Network offers is the dynamic interactivity within distance learning programs and Global Dialogues. The Network offers courses and seminars that incorporate the use of interactive video conferencing with on-line teaching. Additionally, the Network receives knowledge to organize Global Dialogues in response to the Region’s needs.
	Technological Compatibility It is necessary to be able to connect up the video conferencing systems between the Network and your institution in order to deliver activities and programs successfully. GDLN conducts a technical test with content providers to assure technological compatibility. To learn about the Network’s technical requirements, please visit our page on "Technology".
	Institutional Participation The Network establishes associations with institutions and organizations from the public and private sectors, academic institutions and multilateral organizations engaged in development. A Memorandum of Understanding must be signed between GDLN and your institution in order to be able to offer programs over the Network.
