| Generally, before
proposing an activity, the Offering Partner and the GDLN Regional Team coordinate
with each other, planning the learning events organization and design, establishing
contact during the design phase, delivering the Activity Proposal as a signal
for the Regional Team to get involved. From that point on, a member of the GDLN
will accompany the entire scheduling process, up through the event offering that
is shown in the next section. When they have received the notice that the Activity
Proposal has arrived, the Regional Team will contact you to talk about the activity
and, through the System, with the Centers of the Region.
