The services provided by the DLC may be classified into three main groups:

Training Services

Training via video conferences
With this technology a two-way audio and video connection is established that makes it possible for the professor and students to exchange with each other in real time.

Training via teleconferences
With this technology, the connection is one-way: the professor's picture is broadcast in real time and the students can send questions and comments via Internet.

Training over Internet
Also called "on-line" training, this system is based on information platforms set up in Internet. Communication is established between students and professors by e -mail, forums and chats, in real time.

Global Dialogues
These are discussions among experts from various countries, connected simultaneously with each other via video conferencing. This sharing of knowledge helps facilitate the replication of experiences from one country in another.

Rental of Classrooms
Classrooms in the center may be rented to other institutions to broadcast and receive any programs they are interested in.
